Job summary

Strive Recovery in Indiana seeks a Business Developer to drive referrals and admissions for SUD treatment programs. You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, EAPs, and community partners across Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, South Bend, and rural Northeast Indiana.

You will develop strategic plans, conduct outreach, coordinate educational sessions, and collaborate with Admissions to ensure smooth patient placement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business development, healthcare sales, behavioral health, or addiction treatment experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Indiana.
• Experience managing a referral pipeline and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business development plans for Indiana markets.
• Maintain a consistent presence within priority target markets and identify new referral relationships.
• Grow referral volume and admissions through outreach and relationship management.
• Represent the program at community events, conferences, and networking functions.
• Coordinate facility tours and educational presentations.
• Collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate referrals and patient placement.
• Monitor referral conversion rates and report on KPIs.
