Job summary

Anabranch Recovery Center in Terre Haute, IN, is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow our addiction recovery services by building and retaining referrals from professional sources. You will host communities, represent the facility publicly, and collaborate with the Admissions team to streamline admissions.

Responsibilities include developing outreach programs, maintaining CRM contacts, and expanding referral networks while balancing flexible hours and strong relational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years' related healthcare business development experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the local market and referral base.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business development programs with the Director of Business Development.
• Maintains a schedule of primary sources including business, industry, EAPs, managed care, physicians and allied health professionals; documents each contact in CRM.
• Maintains account information and referral/admission records and statistics, including reports and materials.
• Develops and maintains new accounts and markets; increases referral sources within competitive markets.
• Builds strong relationships with key referral sources and manages weekly outreach to targeted contacts.
• Conducts community workshops and facility tours to educate clients, families, and referral sources about programs and services.
• Represents the facility at civic and professional functions to promote the facility's mission.
• Manages leads from referrals and coordinates admissions in collaboration with Admissions.
• Collaborates with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians, management and education staff to generate referrals.
• Keeps current with industry changes through education and community involvement.
