Responsibilities

• Coordinate new client referrals and support the prior authorization process.
• Maintain referral records and complete routine Medicaid eligibility screenings.
• Collaborate with discharge planners, program administrators, clinical directors, and billing teams.
• Monitor behavioral health records for clinical appropriateness and discharge planning.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and providers; support administrative processes.
