Job summary

Leora Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Liaison in Columbus, OH to build and sustain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists, and community organizations. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, presenting our outpatient programs, and guiding partnerships with providers and employers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare development, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to support local travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years in business development, healthcare marketing, admissions, outreach, or referrals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, therapists, social service agencies, employers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and referral sources within the Columbus market.
• Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and educational events to raise awareness of Leora's services.
• Promote outpatient mental health and SUD treatment programs to referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Track referral activity, business development metrics, and market trends.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and admissions processes.
• Attend networking events and community outreach activities.
• Maintain knowledge of behavioral health services and industry regulations.
