Job summary

MetroPlusHealth is seeking a Manager of Behavioral Health Quality to define and drive the Quality Improvement strategy for BH metrics. The role leads a cross-functional team to design and evaluate QI initiatives, ensuring resource alignment to address performance gaps in key metrics as defined by NCQA, DOH, CMS, and other regulators.

Responsibilities include managing QI projects, overseeing data analytics, and developing incentives for BH metrics while coordinating with BH Care Management,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field required.
• 10+ years in health care, including clinical and Managed Care.
• 5+ years of staff management experience.
• Expert in HEDIS and QARR requirements.
• Experience with data analysis and relational databases.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Define and strategically formulate BH QI strategy and manage QI projects.
• Lead QI Specialists and Clinical Outreach to engage high-risk members.
• Drive data analytics to identify improvement areas and evaluate programs.
• Develop incentives for BH metrics and align action plans with QI strategy.
• Ensure data integrity and report performance to CMS/DOH/IPRO.
