Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional to support individuals with mental health and substance use needs in residential, school, workplace, and community settings. The role emphasizes recovery, coping skills, and high quality of life, with supervision and direction provided by senior staff.

Candidates must meet QP requirements with relevant degrees and experience. Weekend shifts offer differential pay; a positive, person-centered approach is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional.
• Bachelor's degree (in Human Services field) with 2+ years full-time experience with population served, OR Bachelor's in a non-Human Services field with 4+ years full-time experience, OR Master’s degree with 1+ years full-time experience.
• License, Provisional License, Certificate, Registration, or Permit issued by governing board regulating human service profession.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on assisting individuals with living independently with strength-based interventions.
• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between individuals, the company, families, guardians, and local agencies.
