Arisa Health, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider for our Conway Rehabilitative Day Treatment program. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Program Manager and follows a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

A strong educational foundation and teamwork are essential to deliver compassionate behavioral health care. The position emphasizes direct client support, collaboration with the treatment team, and adherence to professional guidelines in a dynamic, community-focused

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or related field preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• The ability to work as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services as part of the Rehabilitative Day Treatment program.
• Work with a treatment team to support clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate with supervisors and program manager as needed.
• Support Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm operations.
