Job summary

Arisa Health is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider I for the Springdale Therapeutic Day Treatment program. The role focuses on delivering behavioral intervention and support to children and adolescents within an educational setting, working collaboratively in a treatment team to promote health and well-being.

This on-site, full-time position reports to the Program Manager and requires a high school diploma or equivalent along with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work as part of a treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention and support for children and adolescents in an educational setting.
• Work as part of a treatment team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Report to the Program Manager and maintain documentation as required.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm.
• Contribute to a safe, supportive therapeutic environment.
