Job summary

Bamboo Health, Inc. seeks a Provider Engagement Specialist for Behavioral Health to partner with provider offices post-implementation, drive referrals to scheduling, and improve adoption across sites.

You’ll lead trainings, build repeatable workflows, monitor referral-to-appointment times, and collaborate with Success, Product and Implementation teams in a remote-first environment that allows occasional travel to provider sites.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in a client-facing role such as account management, customer success, provider relations, or healthcare operations.
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analysis.
• Comfort with frequent outreach including cold calls and follow-ups.
• Ability to travel to provider sites, in-person engagement is key.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement with newly implemented provider sites through on-site visits, phone, email, and video within the first 90 days.
• Lead trainings to ensure referring staff know how to send referrals to the Bamboo Bridge team.
• Track referral volume and re-engage low-referral sites; monitor scheduling workflows and handoffs.
