Job summary

The Allegheny County Department of Human Services (Office of Behavioral Health) seeks an OBH Special Projects Assistant to support the development of behavioral health projects, state initiatives and grant reporting. You will assist with drafting policies and procedures and provide planning support across BMHS and BDAS programs.

The role involves data collection, GPRA data entry, SharePoint management, and collaboration with OBH staff to advance program operations and reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• Two or more years of professional responsibility in human services or related programs.
• Two or more years of experience with computer-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of behavioral health projects and state initiatives.
• Collect data for reports, perform analyses, and create reports.
• Manage SharePoint files and documentation for OBH projects.
• Support GPRA data entry for grant funded projects.
• Provide planning support and administrative assistance to OBH staff.
• Assist with emergency planning and related tasks.
