Job summary

Care Compass Network seeks a Behavioral Health Network Development Manager in Binghamton, NY to lead the development of a viable network of community-based and clinical providers to improve behavioral health care delivery. The role reports to the Behavioral Health Program Manager.

You will build and maintain stakeholder relationships, oversee onboarding, ensure workflow adherence, and monitor network adequacy with data-informed improvements across the regional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or 5+ years of equivalent experience managing partner relationships.
• Proven success in building and managing collaborative stakeholder relationships.
• Strong planning, prioritization and time management with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking and propose creative solutions to complex challenges.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings in person or via virtual platforms such as Zoom.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of behavioral health services and the value proposition for joining Care Compass networks.
• Communicate opportunities to engage prospective and existing behavioral health participants and the regional ecosystem.
• Develop and oversee onboarding processes for behavioral health participants to ensure continuity of care.
• Ensure participants follow defined workflows and meet readiness criteria and standards.
• Develop and monitor network adequacy and report findings and action plans.
• Monitor program performance using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with network organizations to ensure timely processing of community referrals.
