Job summary

St. Vincent's Hospital Westchester in Harrison seeks an experienced Senior Program Coordinator for the Behavioral Health Center. You will manage the clinic intake/referral workflow and supervise therapists, ensuring timely engagement and appropriate clinical assessments.

You will partner with the Program Director to drive performance initiatives, analyze data, and collaborate with OMH and internal teams to enhance program capacity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be NY State licensed clinician with preferred LCSW; LMHC or licensed psychologist accepted.
• 3–5 years clinical experience in behavioral health or collaborative care.
• 1–2 years supervisory or program-management experience.
• Experience with EMR and documentation workflows.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake and referral process, including screening and tracking requests.
• Coordinate with front desk and direct service staff to assign cases to providers.
• Support performance improvement initiatives with internal teams and external bodies.
• Supervise therapist staff and maintain a small clinical caseload.
