Job summary

Elwyn seeks dedicated staff to support adults with behavioral health needs in an Adult Residential Treatment Facility. You will supervise, counsel, and advocate for residents, helping with daily living, community integration, and safety procedures.

The role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, ongoing training, and commitment to person-centered care. CPR and crisis intervention certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or credits with experience in behavioral health.
• Adept at teamwork and written/spoken communication.
• CPR and crisis intervention proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to behavior management plans.
• Advocate for individuals with outside support agencies.
• Facilitate Psycho-Educational groups under supervision.
• Plan community integration plans for residents.
• Maintain communication with medical and ancillary staff.
