Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across Nebraska. This is a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month, enabling mostly remote work.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress while maintaining ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Nebraska licensure as a Behavior Analyst or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
