Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in Nebraska. This is a hybrid role allowing remote work with one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. The role offers ongoing training, peer support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligibility for Nebraska BCBA licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
