Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role in Nebraska. You will deliver ABA services to children and families, perform assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians with caregiver collaboration.

The position features flexible remote work with one required in-person visit per month, licensure in Nebraska or willingness to obtain it, and a supportive program including state licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Nebraska licensure or willingness to obtain licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
