Job summary

Kempsville Center for Behavioral Health seeks a skilled Program Manager (Nurse) to provide nursing services, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, and organize clinical functions across PHP and acute facility settings. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, collaborate with physicians, and implement program philosophy aligned to patient care standards.

Requirements include a graduate nursing degree and Virginia RN license, with at least five years in pediatric mental health and supervisory

Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in delivering mental health treatment to children/adolescents required; five+ preferred.
Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience required or Charge Nurse experience.
Knowledge of major aspects of the treatment of children and adolescents.
Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Provides clinical leadership for assigned programs/units.
Coordinates with the Director of Clinical Services and Managers to develop and monitor work standards.
Delivers nursing care to patients in PHP and collaborates with providers to obtain orders.
Documents all orders according to policy and delivers medications as required.
Monitors programs in coordination with other clinical units and guides program staff.
Supports and implements program philosophy and goals for patient care.
