The RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse RN) directs the activities of the nursing staff members, including scheduling the daily nursing tasks for the department and providing guidance on operational procedures and patient care. The Supervisor Registered Nurse will also provide direct patient care, following the nursing process and holistic conceptual framework in the development of nursing care plans.

Night shift (11:00pm- 07:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays.
The physical requirements for this position include being able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, and lie on the floor for long periods of time. The incumbent must be physically capable of providing direct total physical care to unpredictable, potentially violent, mentally ill patients as necessary including lifting, supporting, running towards or away from areas where problems are occurring, and pushing and pulling equipment such as wheelchairs, stretchers, and beds. Ability to perform CPR and First Aid. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. of weight. Must be able to read, write clearly, talk, and listen. Must be 21 years old or older.
