Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in Health & Human Service field, preferably in behavioral healthcare.
• At least 1 year of supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate supervision for BHTs and ensure client safety.
• Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and annual evaluations.
• Lead meetings for BHTs and drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with Director and represent BHTs in treatment and leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal laws and best practices.
