You own the program end to end: staff supervision, data reporting, and compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations. Expect 3–5+ years clinical practice and 2+ years supervising staff in correctional or crisis settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, MFT, psychology, or related field.
• Active Michigan clinical license (LMSW, LPC, LMFT, or LP).
• 3–5+ years direct clinical services; 2+ years supervising staff.
• Experience in correctional, crisis, inpatient, or community mental health settings.
• Skilled in suicide risk screening, crisis assessment, de-escalation, safety planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of on-site mental health services.
• Supervise and coach mental health staff including performance and training.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure follow-ups move without gaps.
• Oversee suicide risk screening, crisis intervention, and rounds/checks.
• Lead audits, corrective action plans, and staff retraining; coordinate discharge linkage to community care.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly reports; ensure HIPAA compliance.
