Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work or counseling.
• Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire (or eligible).
• At least 5 years of behavioral health or social services experience.
• At least 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates team in delivery of patient care and ensures safety and daily management of assigned units/operations.
• Develops the clinical program and oversees operations for behavioral health units.
• Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.
• Assists with business plans, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization; fosters change and teamwork.
