Responsibilities

• Provide crisis stabilization and urgent assessments.
• Lead group therapy and individual therapy within a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate care with medical, psychiatry, and community providers.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes timely and accurately.
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and risk management.
• Deliver patient-centered care in a correctional environment.
