Acadia Healthcare's Wilmington Treatment Center seeks a seasoned leader to plan, direct and coordinate its therapeutic programs. This role oversees clinical operations, staffing, budgeting and program development to ensure high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in behavioral health, a state-required Master's if applicable, and at least four years of post‑degree supervisory experience; licensure or credentials as required by the state are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health or closely related field.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations that provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of program goals, objectives, personnel, resources and equipment.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations, scheduling, registration and billing processes.
• Provide staff management including hiring, development, training and performance management.
