Job summary

Wilmington Treatment Center in Wilmington, NC, is seeking a Program Director to plan, direct and coordinate the facility’s therapeutic programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or mental health is required.
• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health where required by state for licensed clinicians.
• Four or more years’ experience working with the population of the facility required.
• One or more years’ supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative and clinical operations to provide quality care and outcomes for the patients.
• Oversee the program's budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits; supervise counselors and clinical staff.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient operations; coordinate care delivery, staffing, scheduling and billing processes.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and maintain charts/records for patients.
• Serve as liaison and provide consultation with staff on regulations and standards for clinical work.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and infection control requirements.
