Job summary

Spin is seeking an Assisting Director for the Behavioral Health Arrangement (BHA) in Philadelphia, PA. The role supports leadership, program development, and regulatory compliance across clinical and administrative teams.

You will drive process improvements, oversee operations, and ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered support for individuals served by SPIN. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least two years in behavioral health program

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in behavioral health program management or administration.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of SPIN's Behavioral Health Arrangement.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Support program development and evaluation to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate staff training and development.
• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation.
• Engage with community partners to expand service opportunities.
• Prepare reports for leadership and regulatory agencies.
