Job summary

Start Corporation seeks a qualified LCSW or LPC to lead program management and provide clinical supervision for an ACT team delivering community-based behavioral health services to adults with serious mental health symptoms.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social services, an advanced license, and at least two years of managerial experience. You will oversee budgets under $750,000, ensure compliance, and support staff development in a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Master Degree in social services field (required).
• LCSW or LPC (required).
• Advanced practice license in good standing or eligible within 1 year (required).
• Minimum of two years managerial experience (preferred).
• No restrictions or adverse actions that would disqualify for Medicaid or other billing (required).

Responsibilities

• Provides program management for ACT team and clinical supervision of the clinical staff.
• Prepares performance data and reports for the Program Director.
• Ensures quality of clinical services, licensing compliance, and contract adherence.
• Coordinates case planning, service delivery, and risk management.
• Leads staff meetings and oversees billing processes with third parties.
