Qualifications

• Master's degree in a social science, management, healthcare or criminal justice field.
• Five years of experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess LCSW, LPCC or LMFT in the state where practice occurs.
• Driver's license preferred, unless required by contract or statute.

Responsibilities

• Oversees mental health operations within the facility and supervises staff.
• Coordinates and directs daily and long-term mental health services for inmates/residents.
• Ensures compliance with policies, contractual requirements and accreditation standards.
