Applicants should hold a Mississippi nursing license, have psychiatric and management experience, and be capable of directing a team through the nursing process and program development.

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing with ADN or higher.
• Active Mississippi State Nursing License.
• CPR and CPI certifications.
• Minimum 2 years psychiatric experience.
• Minimum 2 years management experience.

Mansioni

• Provide professional guidance to outpatient behavioral health staff and oversee patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Develop and monitor a Quality Improvement program with clinical staff and report initiatives to leadership.
• Coordinate patient care by directing treatment team meetings and assessments.
• Lead hiring, orientation, disciplinary actions, and staffing management.
• Manage budgeting, cost containment, and supply ordering processes.
• Foster collaboration between physicians, administration, and department managers and promote positive program growth.
• Develop referral and community education plans with Medical Director and others.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.
