Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling psychology, psychology, or a related health degree required.
• In lieu of degree, a minimum of 5 years clinical experience specific to unit, program and field.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification accredited by American Heart Association (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement structured therapeutic program activities for assigned patient care unit.
• Monitor therapeutic milieu to ensure patient engagement and advocate for individual rights.
• Assist nursing staff with patient care, including specimen collection and activities of daily living.
