Job summary

COPE Community Services, Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator for Shepherd, a 24/7 Behavioral Health Residential Facility. Under supervision of the Program Director, you will lead clinical oversight, coordinate services, and guide treatment planning to promote positive behavioral change for clients.

You will train staff, ensure delivery of services, and manage facility maintenance. A focus on safety, compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree plus two years behavioral health work experience.
• Associate degree plus four years behavioral health work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus five years experience.
• High School Diploma or GED plus six years behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of client care and service planning.
• Coordinate all covered services (case management, skills training, meds education, group counseling, coordination with outpatient teams).
• Train, support and educate team members on care delivery.
• Oversee facility maintenance and repair needs and ensure completion.
• Coordinate with guardians and Office of Human Rights advocates as needed.
