Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a Program Assistant in Claymont, Delaware for the ACT Plus Program. This full-time clerical role supports a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and helps coordinate daily program operations, client scheduling, and documentation.

You will serve as a liaison among staff, clients, and community partners, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care while maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program files, client records, and office documents.
• File, organize, archive, and track clinical and administrative records.
• Assist with scanning, uploading, copying, faxing, and maintaining documentation.
• Maintain accurate billing-related records and tracking systems.
• Coordinate office maintenance requests and operational needs.
