Resources for Human Development (RHD) ACT Plus Program in Delaware is seeking a Program Assistant to support a multidisciplinary behavioral health team and coordinate day-to-day program operations.

You will help with scheduling, client intake, documentation, and communication among staff, clients, and community partners while maintaining a welcoming office environment and ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum 3-year driving record.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Team Leader to facilitate daily program operations.
• Maintain a welcoming office environment and coordinate schedules.
• Support documentation processes and liaison between clients and staff.
• Maintain program files, client records, and billing records.
• Coordinate office maintenance and supplies.
