Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Per Diem Behavioral Health Professional to support youth with cognitive impairments and functional limitations in home and community settings.

You will follow a treatment plan to promote healthy behavior and social skills, bringing a compassionate demeanor and reliable transportation to travel to assigned homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Compassionate and caring demeanor; passionate about helping youth.
• 1 year of experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support youth, one on one, who have cognitive impairments and functional limitations, to build daily living and behavior management skills in both their homes and community settings.
• Follow a treatment plan to promote healthy, developmentally appropriate behavior and social skills at home and in the community.
