Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional to support youth with cognitive impairments in home and community settings in Waterville, ME. This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and training to help you grow within a supportive team.

You will follow treatment plans to promote healthy behaviors and social skills, while building daily living skills for youths in their homes and communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Compassionate & caring demeanor.
• 1 year of experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support youth, one on one, who have cognitive impairments and functional limitations, to build daily living and behavior management skills in homes and communities.
• Follow a treatment plan to promote healthy, developmentally appropriate behavior and social skills at home and in the community.
