Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional, BHP, to support youth with cognitive impairments in their homes and in the community. This per diem position offers day shifts in the Waterville, ME area, with flexible scheduling and a focus on developmental skills.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, promote healthy social skills, and collaborate with a compassionate team. A high school diploma, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and a genuine

• 1 year of experience with children is a plus.

• Support youth, one on one, who have cognitive impairments and functional limitations, to build daily living and behavior management skills in both their homes and community settings.
• Follow a treatment plan to promote healthy, developmentally appropriate behavior and social skills at home and in the community.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Compassionate & caring demeanor.
• Passionate about helping young people live healthier, happier lives.
• 1 year of experience working with children is a plus.
