Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Wilton, ME is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional, BHP, for per diem shifts in community settings. You will support youth with cognitive impairments, following a treatment plan to promote healthy behavior at home and in the community.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver's license, compassionate demeanor, and at least one year of experience with children being a plus.

• Follow a treatment plan to promote healthy, developmentally appropriate behavior and social skills at home and in the community.
