Job summary

BDA, a BCBA-owned, family-run organization, is hiring Clinical Associates to provide ABA services across central Maine—Skowhegan, Waterville, Fairfield, Unity, and Madison—primarily in schools, homes, and community settings.

Starting pay is $26.50 to $29.50 per hour with paid training and help obtaining RBT certification. We offer a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with growth and leadership pathways within a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Ed Tech III Certification required.
• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting).
• Reliable transportation and valid ID.
• Training provided and RBT certification support available.

Responsibilities
