Spero is seeking a dedicated behavioral health practitioner to supervise and support residents in a facility setting in Minnesota. You will provide direct mental health and chemical health services, conduct crisis assessments, and deliver coping skills education while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will document interactions, coordinate with MH professionals, and promote a strengths-based recovery environment, including crisis intervention and activities of daily living support.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of background check.
• Meets Behavioral Health Practitioner standards per DHS guidelines.
• Fluency in the non-English language of the majority client group is required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to emergencies per policy.
• Facilitate individual and group interventions using E-IMR/BRITE curriculums.
• Consult with MH professional on psychiatric emergencies.
• Provide recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.
• Document client interactions accurately.
• Monitor residents and safe medication access.
• Coordinate care with relevant professionals.
• Support residents in activities of daily living.
• Transport residents to appointments when needed.
