Job summary

Spero is seeking a qualified behavioral health practitioner to deliver adult rehabilitative services, aiming to restore and enhance independent living skills. You will train, assess, and monitor clients in home, office, or community settings, using telehealth as appropriate.

The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, strong communication, and sound clinical judgement to support crisis prevention, relapse management, and recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Meets one of the DHS standards for Behavioral Health Practitioner.
• Experience with adults with mental illness, TBIs, or substance use disorders.
• Graduate degree or equivalent in behavioral sciences.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Deliver services one-to-one and in group settings in home, office, or community.
• Maintain progress records and assess client functioning and independence.

Education

30 semester hours in behavioral health or related fields

2000 hours supervised experience in behavioral health delivery
