• Identifies patients before venipuncture to ensure correct labeling.
• Disposes sharp instruments in proper containers and maintains cleanliness.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary work area and supplies inventory.
• Removes phlebotomy supplies from unit/patient rooms.
• Enters patient information into the database and supports operations.
