Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR and de-escalation certifications preferred or required by state.
• Behavioral healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assembles and maintains phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
• Collects patient samples with minimal discomfort and ensures proper labeling.
• Records and tracks phlebotomy requisitions and results.
• Verifies patient identity before venipuncture and documents details.
• Maintains clean work areas and safe disposal of sharps.
• Logs samples into the database and orders supplies as needed.
