UPMC McKeesport Hospital is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician to support our Behavioral Health Unit. The role involves assisting with procedures, ADLs, vital signs, and reporting changes to the RN.

Shifts are 5, 8-hour per week with start times 6:30am–10:30pm; evening/overnight shifts earn extra pay. Candidates need at least 1 year of direct patient care experience and a commitment to compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and procedures.
• Strong communication with RN and care team.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care including ADLs and assisting with procedures.
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to the RN.
• Assist with safety, rooming, and care coordination on the unit.
