Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. in Philadelphia, PA is recruiting for a Payee Specialist to work full-time. This temp-to-hire role pays $19/hour with a Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm schedule (35 hours per week).

Qualifications include an Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience, or a high school diploma with 6 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience. Covid vaccination/exemption required; driver’s license preferred. Experience with accounting software and electronic health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with participants to determine their financial goals and assist them in accomplishing their goals.
• Work closely with participants to develop their budgets and become financially independent.
• Plan and manage assets to prevent interruption of participants’ benefits.
• Complete bookkeeping tasks, such as entering budgets, bills and payments in financial software.
