Job summary

Family Care Center seeks a Physician Assistant at our Sloan's Lake Denver clinic to provide direct psychiatric and medical care under supervision. You will evaluate patients, order tests, document care, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Applicants should hold NCCPA‑approved PA training, current CO licensure, and DEA; BLS is required, psychiatric experience is preferred, and CAQ in Psychiatry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NCCPA-approved PA program.
• Current PA license in the state of practice and active DEA license.
• BLS certification required.
• Psychiatric/mental health clinical experience preferred.
• CAQ in Psychiatry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and coordinate care.
• Provide psychiatric/medical services within standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain timely, accurate medical records and proper coding.
• Order and assess labs and diagnostics; adjust treatment as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure timely access to care and meet productivity standards.
