Denver Wellness Associates is seeking a Psychiatric Physician Associate to join our Denver team. The role emphasizes longitudinal patient care within a collaborative environment and offers a mix of in-person and remote work options as capacity allows.

This position includes compensation with base salary plus RVUs, CAQ-PSY eligible bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support clinician work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current and unrestricted NCCPA certification/PANCE completion.
• Colorado collaboration agreement and licensure/DEA eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, manage, and treat psychiatric patients.
• Provide medication management and patient education (Spravato, ketamine, TMS, psychotherapy).
• Coordinate treatment with therapists, physicians, and care-team members.
• Maintain prescriptive authority, licensure, and credentialing.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Protect patient confidentiality within a collaborative team.
