Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health outreach, business development, or referral relations.
• Established relationships in Boca Raton or Palm Beach County.
• Familiarity with adolescent mental health and/or adult substance use treatment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, hospitals, therapists, treatment providers, and community organizations.
• Educate referral partners on both programs and their admissions processes.
• Coordinate with Admissions to support timely connections to care.
• Attend provider meetings and community events.
• Plan territory outreach and document activity in the CRM.
