Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Outreach Specialist to build relationships with schools, hospitals, therapists, treatment providers, and community organizations across Boca Raton and Palm Beach County.

You will educate referral partners on programs and admissions, coordinate with Admissions for timely care connections, attend provider meetings, plan territory outreach, and document activity in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of behavioral health outreach, business development, or referral relations experience.
• Established professional relationships in Boca Raton or Palm Beach County.
• Familiarity with adolescent mental health and/or adult substance use treatment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with schools, hospitals, therapists, treatment providers, and community organizations.
• Educate referral partners on both programs and their admissions processes.
• Coordinate with Admissions to support timely connections to care.
• Attend provider meetings and community events.
• Plan territory outreach and document activity in the CRM.
