Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy in Boca Raton is seeking an Outreach Manager to grow referral relationships for its adolescent mental health programs and Principles Recovery Center's adult substance use and co-occurring care.

You will build relationships with schools, hospitals, therapists, and community partners, educate about admissions, coordinate with Admissions, and participate in events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in behavioral health outreach, business development, or referral relations.
• Established relationships in Boca Raton or Palm Beach County.
• Familiarity with adolescent mental health and/or adult substance use treatment.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) and Principles Recovery Center (PRC) are seeking an Outreach Manager to grow referral relationships in the Boca Raton and Palm Beach area. You'll connect community partners with AWA's adolescent mental health programs and PRC's adult substance use and co-occurring mental health programs.
