Job summary

All For Kids in Lancaster is seeking a Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist to support children and families at Sunrise Center. Compensation ranges from $72,500 to $83,500 annually, with a $3,000 geographical stipend and CA licensure requirements clearly stated.

You will perform DMH intake assessments and clinical evaluations, deliver family, individual, conjoint, and group therapy, and collaborate with case managers and interagency teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling (or related field).
• Active CA licensure AMFT/ACSW/PSY/psychologist status.
• Experience with severely emotionally disturbed youth (internship/practicum counts).
• Familiarity with DMH documentation and Medi-Cal standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct DMH Intake Assessments and Clinical Diagnostic Evaluations
• Deliver family, individual, conjoint, and group therapy
• Collaborating with case managers, TBS workers, and interagency teams
• Meeting productivity goals and documentation timelines
• Championing strengths-based, culturally responsive care

Location:Sunrise Center -Lancaster

Pay: $72,500/annually - $83,500/annually

• Licensed Therapist: $78,500/annually - $83,500/annually
• Unlicensed Therapist: $72,500/annually - $77,500/annually
• Geographical Stipend: $3,000

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• Licensure as AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychologist (active status with CA BBS or Board of Psychology)
• Valid California driver's license
