Job summary

All For Kids seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Day Treatment Intensive program for children aged 3–6 and their families. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, promote trauma‑informed practices, and ensure compliant, high‑quality care across clinical, operational, and administrative domains.

You will mentor clinicians, shape service delivery, and drive continuous growth of early childhood behavioral health services within the organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in California (LMFT/LCSW or psychologist).
• 3+ years direct service with children in behavioral health/day treatment settings.
• 1+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Strong grounding in trauma‑informed care, crisis response, and family systems.
• Working knowledge of Medi‑Cal Specialty Mental Health Services and Title 9 regulations.
• Two years post‑licensure with ability to supervise associates per BBS regulations.
• Valid California Driver's License.

Clinical Supervisor

The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in shaping the delivery of specialized early childhood mental health services for children ages 3–6 and their families through All For Kids' Day Treatment Intensive program.

This position provides clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to a multidisciplinary team while fostering a structured, trauma‑informed therapeutic milieu that promotes positive outcomes for children and caregivers.

This is more than a supervisory position—it is an opportunity to build an innovative program, mentor clinicians, develop future leaders, and contribute to the continued growth of early childhood behavioral health services at All For Kids.

Location

Sunrise Center – Lancaster

Pay and Bonuses

Pay: $90,000 - $92,000 (depending on experience and eligible stipends)

• Bilingual Stipend: $5,000/annually
• Intensive Stipend: $3,000/annually
• Geographic Differential: $3,000/annually

Toolkit Should Include

• Licensed (or license‑eligible/waivered) mental health professional – LMFT, LCSW, or Registered Psychologist
